PixelCutout Subscription Refund Policy

Thank you for using PixelCutout’s monthly subscription service. To protect your rights and clarify service expectations, we have established the following refund policy, effective immediately for all subscription purchases made on our platform.

1. General Statement

Please Note: Unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law, all purchases made through this website are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. Friendly Reminder

If you are unsure about continuing your subscription, please cancel before the end of your billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal charges.

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current cycle, with no further charges applied.

3. Refund Eligibility — Special Circumstances

Refunds may be issued in the following specific cases:

Service Outage

If service is unavailable for 72 consecutive hours due to platform or third-party provider issues, and confirmed by technical support, a prorated refund will be issued.

Duplicate Charges

In the event of billing errors resulting in duplicate charges, the overcharged amount will be fully refunded after verification.

Technical Issues

If you encounter critical product errors, please provide screenshots or screen recordings. Once confirmed, a refund may be processed.

Refund applications will be reviewed, and results will be communicated via email.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

The following cases do not qualify for refunds:

Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., not meeting expectations, personal preference);

Financial reasons (e.g., unanticipated charge, automatic renewal after trial);

Subscriptions with extensive third-party API/resource usage (e.g., image processing API requests);

Invalid or unverifiable orders (e.g., incorrect email or third-party orders).

5. Refund Procedure

How to Apply

Required Information

Please include your registered email, order number, reason for refund, and relevant proof (e.g., error screenshots).

Review & Processing

Requests will be reviewed within 3 business days, and the result will be sent via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, subject to the payment channel's processing time.

Service Access

Once the refund is issued, corresponding service access will be revoked.

6. Risk Control & Dispute Resolution

PixelCutout reserves the right to limit refund attempts or suspend accounts for repeated or suspicious refund behavior.

All transaction and communication records will be retained for future dispute handling.

If you disagree with the outcome, you may file an appeal via email, and our team will respond within 2 business days.

7. Special Note on Image Processing Services

If you request a refund and subscription cancellation, we will deduct fees based on your actual usage of image processing services (each use is billed at $0.50).

Since image processing services are billed in real-time, our platform is required to pay third-party providers immediately after use. Therefore, these costs are non-refundable.
