How Auto-Renewal Works

Your subscription automatically renews monthly. To avoid the next charge, please cancel at least 24 hours before your current billing period expires.

Here's how to cancel:

1. Go to Plan page

2. Sign in to your account

3. Select "Cancel Subscription"

After cancellation, you'll retain access to all premium features until your current billing period ends—no immediate service interruption.

Please note: If you forget to cancel before the renewal date, you'll still be charged for the next billing cycle. We strongly recommend canceling early if you're uncertain about continuing.

Payment Information

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All transactions are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal—your payment information is never stored on our servers.

All subscriptions work on a prepaid model, meaning payment is required before you can access premium features.

Refund Policy

Due to the real-time processing costs we incur with third-party AI providers, refunds cannot be guaranteed once you've used our services or after your trial period expires.

To prevent unexpected charges, we encourage you to cancel your subscription early if you're unsure about continuing.

When Refunds Are Not Available:

Refunds are generally not provided in these situations:

• Using our services during the trial period without canceling your subscription before being charged for the full plan

• Requesting a refund after your subscription has been activated or your trial period has ended (since we incur actual costs for each image processed through our third-party AI providers)
